Noel Choquette
President
Upon graduation from Marietta College, Noel accepted a career opportunity at Moore Business Forms (now RR Donnelley). Here he gained business process expertise as part of a team selling to manufacturers and the financial market. During his tenure, Moore granted Noel membership in their Achievement Club on three occasions.
In 1978, Noel decided to start ENōSIS Graphic Solutions so he could provide a dedicated service level and bring increased value to clients. Since that time, he has grown ENōSIS Graphic Solutions to provide marketing solutions to clients with an emphasis on the energy sector market.
He lives in Worcester, Massachusetts with his wife, daughter and their dog and cat. He loves outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing. In addition, Noel enjoys watching sports and is an avid racquetball player.
Noel has been an active Rotarian since 2002 and was named 2018 Concord MA Rotarian of the Year. He lives in Worcester, MA with his musician wife Nancy Ackerman.
Robert (Rob) Lajoie
Graphic Designer
Rob has over 20 years of experience in the areas of graphic design, printing and pre-press. He has worked with a wide variety of promotional product, apparel and sign vendors as well as numerous local and regional print shops.
Rob has worked through the significant changes in the print industry over the past couple decades, which has given him a broad perspective on the processes used (then and now) and how artwork needs to be adjusted based on the intended result and medium.
Rob is a lifelong resident of Leicester MA where he lives with his wife of 25 years and his daughter (who is a developing artist herself). He is a member of the Joel H. Prouty Masonic Lodge in Auburn, MA and continues to be very active in community events, including food drives and youth group support.
Natalie Ackerman
Photographer
Natalie is a recent graduate of Fitchburg State University where she majored in Media Communications with an emphasis on photography. As part of her studies she interned with Rob Van Petten, a noted portrait photographer.
Upon graduation she worked as a freelance photographer for Wellington Equestrian Realty photographing their horse shows.
Presently, she is a freelance photographer at ENōSIS Graphic Solutions while working as a social media specialist for a landscaping company.
She lives in Worcester with her cat and dog while enjoying hiking and photographing local landscapes.
Nancy Ackerman
Office Manager
While in graduate school at Boston University in 1985 Nancy took a part time job at ENōSIS Graphic Solutions when they were upgrading from a manual to a computerized accounting system. She was tasked with loading the customer master files, the vendor master files, and the general ledger. She later became responsible for accounts payable
As her experience and responsibilities increased and the company grew, she became a full-time employee in the position of office manager. As the company’s growth accelerated, she researched and implemented a new accounting system.
In addition to her role at ENōSIS Graphic Solutions, Nancy is a professional clarinetist and music educator, teaching clarinet to more than 25 students on a weekly basis.
